We collected carbon data from various locations in Seoul by attaching a Smart Carbon Monitoring Processing Unit (produced in collaboration with Seoul National University Graduate School of Environmental Studies professor Jeong Sujong, the Hyundai Motor Group Robotics LAB, and the industrial design studio BKID) to the robot Spot, developed by Boston Dynamics. The first session of Mobile Agora discussed our rapidly changing climate, global environment, and interpretations of current carbon-related policies.

서울대학교 환경대학원 정수종 교수, 현대자동차그룹 로보틱스랩, 산업 디자인 스튜디오 BKID와의 협업으로 제작한 ‘스마트 탄소 측정 장치(Smart Carbon Monitoring Processing Unit)’를 보스턴 다이내믹스가 개발한 스팟(Spot) 로봇에 장착하여 서울의 여러 장소에서 탄소 데이터를 측정하기도 했다. 협업의 과정과 의미, 급변하는 기후와 지구 환경에 관한 연구를 공유하는 토크 프로그램이 진행되었다.
