The Launching of the Korean version of
News From Nowhere

In conjunction with the launching of artist duo MOON Kyungwon & JEON Joonho’s Korean version of the book, News From Nowhere, a talk between Workroom Press editor PARK Hwal-sung, designer KANG Gyeong-tak, and the artist duo was held. The talk covered a variety of topics including the overall journey of the project, composition of the book, interesting episodes from the process of the project
and the direction of editing. In particular, the talk on the editing and composition of the book allowed insight into the unique design philosophy and approach of PARK and KANG. In addition, various
conversations with the audience were held regarding the travel booklike compositions of the book.

국문판 출간

문경원·전준호 작가의 『News From Nowhere』의 국문판, 『미지에서 온 소식』 출간과 함께 출판사 워크룸프레스의 편집장인 박활성과 디자이너 강경탁 그리고 작가 문경원·전준호의 대담이 진행되었다.
그 간 프로젝트의 여정 및 책의 구성 그리고 진행과정에서 재미있는 에피소드와 편집 방향 등이 소개되었다. 특히 책의 편집과 구성에 대한 그들의 남다른 디자인 철학과 태도에 대한 진지한 이야기를 나눌 수 있었다. 프로젝트의 과정을 녹여낸 여행기와 같은 책의 구성과 내용에 대해서 관람자들과 함께 다양한 대화가 이어졌다.
